This Privacy Policy (“policy”) describes the personal information I collect about you, why I collect it, and how I use and disclose it through my website. What Kind of Information does EMPTYBLURR.COM collect from Me? I may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and credit/debit card number when you place an order online, contact me with a question or concern. I only store your order history and contact information. I do not store or process your credit/debit card information on my server. I may also collect information related to your browsing history, search history and your interaction with the website. If you search or purchase products on the website, I may also collect information related to the product categories you are interested in and/or the types of products purchased.

When you visit EMPTYBLURR.COM, I collect navigational information, such as browser type and version, service-provider identification, IP address, and the website from which you came. Navigational information is largely anonymous in the sense that it doesn't contain your name, address, phone number, email address or other information.

Does EMPTYBLURR.COM Share or Disclose My Information?

When you place an order on EMPTYBLURR.COM, your credit/debit card information is securely transferred to Squarespace checkout. I implement written agreements with third parties like Stripe which require those third parties to protect and secure your data in accordance with this policy as well as applicable laws.


By using Squarespace checkout, you agree to the Squarespace privacy policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms of Service. You should be aware that your data may be transferred, processed and stored outside of your country (including, if you are located in the European Union, outside of the European Union), and that your data may be subject to disclosure as required by applicable law.


How Do I Know My Personal Information is Secure?


I strive to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. I use commercially reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information I collect on the website. 

However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore, I cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us electronically through the website, and the transmission of your information is therefore entirely at your own risk. Please note that we will never request your credit card information or other personal information through email.

I may also disclose your information to third parties where I sell any or all of my business and/or our assets to a third party, whether through bankruptcy proceedings or other sale or merger, where I am are legally required to disclose your information, including, but not limited to, pursuant to a valid subpoena, order, search warrant or other law enforcement request, or where I am contractually obligated to disclose it. When I disclose personal information for a purpose set forth herein, I enter a contract with the third party that describes the purpose and requires the third-party recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

I do not sell your personal information to third parties. EMPTYBLURR.COM does not share your information with any other third party other than those outlined above unless I am permitted or required to do so by law.

The website is designed and intended for those who have reached the age of majority (18 years of age). By using the website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. I am not liable for any damages that may result from a user’s misrepresentation of age. No one under age 13 is authorized to submit or post any information, including personal information, on my website. Under no circumstances may anyone under age 13 use the website. Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. 

The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.

  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

  • I cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if I cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. For all requests, it is helpful to put the statement “California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, describe the nature of your request, and provide your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. In your request, you need to provide enough information that allows me to reasonably verify that you are the person that we collected information about. I will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

I will confirm receipt of a verifiable consumer request within ten (10) days and provide information about how we will process the request. I endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If I require more time (up to 45 days), I will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

I will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures I provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons I cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, I will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, specifically we will email or mail you a document that contains all personal information.

I do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If I determine that the request warrants a fee, I will tell you why I made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
